Marketing Coordinator/Graphics Specialist

Opening for a Marketing Coordinator/Graphics Specialist who has a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in marketing in construction or related industry. Responsibilities include working closely with the proposal, marketing and business development staff for the effective development and delivery of marketing materials that are consistent with the quality and brand of R&O Construction.  This individual must possess:  A good working understanding of digital and social media marketing trends A proficiency in Adobe software including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop A professional and positive demeanor Outstanding verbal, writing and graphic skills Ability to work independently, in a team environment and with multiple deadlines Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables; College education a plus A team player willing to help with tasks outside of the normal job description
